Malea Ashley, MBA
Founder & CEO

Born and raised in Ironton, Ohio, I’ve always had a soft spot for small businesses and big ideas. With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing and an MBA from Shawnee State University, I bring both strategy and creativity to the table—because great marketing needs a little of both.

While I’m well-versed in all things marketing, my heart lives in the creative side: social media, photography, videography, and graphic design. I love taking the ideas swirling around in your head and turning them into visuals and content that actually feel like you.

Helping small businesses grow isn’t just what I do—it’s what lights me up. I’m passionate about partnering with business owners, extending their reach, and creating marketing that captures attention, tells a story, and drives real growth. Ryleigh Kouns
Social Media Manager

Born and raised in Ironton, Ohio, Ryleigh has been immersed in the world of small business from an early age. When her parents started their own business, she quickly became part of the journey, helping with everything from day-to-day operations to marketing initiatives. By just 14 years old, she was already managing social media and learning firsthand what it takes to build and grow a business.

Because of those experiences, Ryleigh understands the dedication, challenges, and heart that small business owners pour into their work. She has a passion for helping businesses bring their ideas to life and connect with the communities they serve through meaningful, authentic marketing.

As Social Media Manager at Creations Studio, Ryleigh combines creativity, strategy, and a genuine love for supporting local businesses. Whether she's creating content, managing social media accounts, or brainstorming new ideas, her goal is to help brands tell their story and build a stronger online presence. She believes every business has something unique to offer, and she loves helping clients showcase what makes them special.
